Hardik Gupta builds developer tools at IBM. As a lead developer and product owner for IBM Bob for Z, he guides teams from initial engineering through product delivery. He started at the company as an intern and now owns core product components.

He focuses on the reality of modern software architecture. Hardik cares about keeping systems maintainable in the age of AI coding agents. His recent talk explores the hidden technical debt created when machines write code faster than humans can review it.

He is a computer science graduate from BITS Pilani.
