## About

Hari Krishnan helps teams build AI-native products and scale AI-assisted workflows. He runs Polarizer Technologies and focuses on how developers express intent through specifications. He literally wrote the book on it—*Spec-Driven Development* for Manning—and helps maintain the OpenSpec project.

Rather than pitching experimental ideas, his work grounds spec-driven principles in the messy realities of daily engineering. He explores exactly where specs belong and how teams can adopt them without slowing down. He also created Intent-Driven Dev to help engineers navigate AI-assisted implementation.
