Currently, his focus is on shifting Atlassian toward an AI-first engineering model. He speaks about the realities of building an AI-native engineering organization, breaking down how tools, workflows, and team structures must adapt to new ways of shipping software.

Before Atlassian, he spent nearly two decades tackling scale and reliability problems at Amazon, Concur, and SAP.
