Hazel Wat works as an analyst and consultant at Schwarz IT, the technology engine behind Lidl and Kaufland. She focuses on translating business needs into technical reality while keeping engineering teams running smoothly.

Rather than just fixing code, Hazel looks at the human side of software development. She explores how frameworks like MBTI give technical and business colleagues a shared vocabulary to reduce everyday friction and collaborate better.

Originally from Hong Kong, Hazel spent 15 years in the US before settling in Germany a decade ago.
