## About

Nacho Cougil writes application monitoring code at Dynatrace. He focuses heavily on Test-Driven Development and eXtreme Programming. As a Java Champion, he also founded the Barcelona Java Users Group and JBCNConf.

His talks explore the necessity of fast feedback loops in software development. He shows teams how minimizing the gap between writing code and getting results improves DORA metrics, catches bugs early, and increases developer happiness.

When he isn't coding, you can find him playing sports and spending time with his family in Barcelona.
