## About

Ingolf Teetz founded milch&zucker, an HR tech company he started with three colleagues after studying physics. Since 1998, he has been building tools for talent acquisition, including the applicant tracking system beesite.

His work focuses on bringing artificial intelligence and automation into recruiting. Ingolf explores how demographic changes and skills-based hiring are shifting the European IT sector. Through his company's AI lab, he develops products like skillmatcher.ai to solve real challenges in the hiring process.
