Ivan Milanov manages software engineering teams and builds frameworks for complicated problem-solving. After stepping away from full-time coding, he developed the "3S Method"—a practical mix of Scrum, Stoicism, and systems thinking that helps developers stay calm and make better decisions under pressure.

His work tackles how systems fail in production, focusing on finding the actual root causes of performance bottlenecks instead of just guessing. He pushes for asynchronous collaboration to keep engineering organizations stable through periods of change.

When he steps away from the keyboard, he plays guitar, goes on road trips, and shoots hoops.
