Ivett Ördög advocates for healthy engineering cultures and creates interactive ways for teams to learn. She is the creator of Lean Poker, a gamified DevOps training tool that teaches developers agile practices through play.

She regularly facilitates code retreats and dissects unconventional problem-solving. Her talks dive into everything from functional programming and GPU concepts to obscure SQL features by analyzing Conway’s Game of Life.

She also hosts Leaders Workshop, a YouTube channel sharing practical advice for new engineering managers. She is based in Bavaria, Germany.
