## About

Iwan Gulenko transitioned from writing code to recruiting the people who write it. As a former programmer, he understands what engineers actually look for in a role. Since 2016, he has run his own Swiss tech recruitment agency, placing hundreds of developers into new jobs.

Beyond his agency work, Iwan builds software to solve hiring problems, creating products like klang.so and resumerodeo.com. He also helps candidates navigate the job market, breaking down industry secrets in talks like "Demystifying Recruiter Behaviour".
