# Jakobus Schuster
Founder and CEO of Notarity, moving European notary processes online.

## About

Jakobus Schuster builds tools that make European notary appointments digital and location-independent. As the founder and CEO of Notarity, he takes processes that used to require a physical presence and moves them entirely online.

Originally trained as a lawyer at Bucerius Law School, he taught himself to code and ran his first legal data science projects as a student. After finishing his legal clerkship in Hamburg, he left traditional practice behind to start his own company.

He speaks on the European legal landscape, exploring whether heavy regulation acts as a burden or a hidden competitive advantage.
