# James Everingham
CEO of Guild.ai and former Head of Engineering at Instagram building AI infrastructure.

## About

James Everingham builds and scales infrastructure for developers. He currently runs Guild.ai as CEO and co-founder, focusing on building a control plane for teams to manage AI agents.

Before Guild.ai, James led Meta's Devinfra team as VP of Engineering. His group built the company's first internal AI agent to improve how engineers use their tools. During his time at Meta, he also served as Instagram's Head of Engineering and helped co-create Diem.

His career spans four decades, with past engineering roles at Yahoo, Netscape, and Oracle.
