## About

Jan Cizmar builds localization tools that do not slow down engineering teams. He is the founder of Tolgee, an open-source platform that turns any running application build into a live translation studio.

His focus is removing the friction from internationalization. Jan created a lightweight SDK that lets product teams edit copy directly in the UI of React, Vue, or Next.js apps without digging through JSON files. His recent work centers on automating this workflow, using AI and real UI screenshots to generate translations that actually fit the context.
