## About

Jelena Jelušić helps tech companies attract and retain engineers. With a background as an organizational psychologist, she currently runs INSPO Consulting to build better HR and employer branding strategies for the startup ecosystem.

She previously shaped employer branding for Photomath ahead of its acquisition by Google. Off the clock, she focuses on community building—she founded the Croatian Engineering Management meetup, growing it into a 600-person community that demystifies how to effectively manage engineering teams.
