# Jenny Speelman
Developer relations engineer demystifying embedded machine learning at Edge Impulse.

## About

Jenny Speelman writes code and documentation to make embedded machine learning easier for developers. At Edge Impulse, she builds resources for training and deploying AI models directly onto microcontrollers. She also co-authored the O'Reilly book *AI at the Edge* to help engineers navigate strict hardware constraints.

Her workshops focus on practical implementation over theory. She teaches developers how to train custom object detection models and run them on devices like the Arduino UNO Q. Before Edge Impulse, she worked as an IoT consultant at Arm. She holds an electrical engineering degree from UT Austin.
