## About

Jo Hasenau builds open-source infrastructure and interoperable systems at Cybercraft. Drawing from two decades of scaling community-driven platforms, he is known for maintaining core TYPO3 extensions and co-authoring the O’Reilly TYPO3 Cookbook. Before focusing on AI infrastructure, he solved heavy integration problems at enterprise scale for Deutsche Telekom.

Today, he works to keep complex systems from spiraling out of control. He advocates for strict governance, observability, and reducing connections rather than endlessly generating new ones.
