## About

Joe Atkinson helps HR and recruiting leaders build software without writing code. He co-founded PromptMates, a community focused on making HR teams AI-native. Before that, he built the AI strategy from the ground up at Scede, leading an AI transformation for the recruiting firm.

Joe focuses on practical AI skills for non-technical teams. He runs hands-on workshops that skip the theory, showing HR professionals how to build their own tools. Instead of waiting for IT, he teaches them to spin up candidate trackers and interview prep apps using natural language.
