## About

Jonathan Carle bridges the gap between isolated teams to build developer communities at Schwarz IT. Since 2019, he has focused on connecting developers across a 4,000-person organization through grassroots initiatives.

Rather than enforcing top-down structures, Jonathan empowers engineers to take the lead. He organizes monthly meetups, show-and-tell sessions, and in-person hackathons that give developers a shared space to solve tricky problems and learn from one another.
