## About

Jörg Tewes leads Exasol, guiding the data analytics company's strategy. Before this, he spent four years at Amazon building tablet, e-reader, and video communication hardware.

His career covers startups and tech giants alike. He previously brought data firm Poet Holdings to an IPO and secured $50 million for AR startup Avegant. He focuses heavily on how clean data acts as the deciding factor in AI success, a topic he frequently explores in his talks.

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Jörg is an active angel investor and mentor for early-stage founders.
