## About

Josefin Hahn teaches leaders how to find mental clarity under severe pressure. Before starting her coaching practice, she worked as a lawyer in the renewable energy sector, gaining a firsthand look at workplace stress and cognitive overload.

Today, she works as a certified nature-based mental trainer. Josefin draws heavily on her high-altitude mountaineering experience to teach sustainable work habits.
