## About

Joshua Töpfer builds distributed systems and web applications at INNOQ. For the past three years, he has worked exclusively through Remote Mob Programming—a setup where the entire team writes code together in a single online meeting.

Beyond his daily consulting work, he maintains the mob.sh tool to help teams streamline their collaborative coding practices. He frequently coaches agile development teams who want to test out the remote mobbing approach for themselves.
