## About

Joy leads data science at DCMN GmbH, where she focuses on statistical modeling and generative AI. Over the last decade, she has built data-driven products with teams ranging from startups in Silicon Valley and Berlin to large organizations like Mercedes and FedEx.

She cares about making AI deployment practical. To solve handoff issues between phases, she created MM Life Circles—a framework that helps teams visualize and manage the entire lifecycle of generative AI models, covering everything from PyTorch training to TensorRT optimization.
