# Juergen Mueller

## About

Juergen Mueller guides the technical direction of SAP as its Chief Technology Officer. He focuses on scaling the SAP Business Technology Platform and building out the company's enterprise cloud architecture.

Beyond infrastructure, Juergen handles global security, compliance, and artificial intelligence. In his talk on real-world AI strategies, he explored how large organizations shift AI tools from industry hype cycles into actual production.

Before his executive board role, he ran SAP Labs Berlin. Juergen holds a PhD in in-memory databases from the Hasso-Plattner-Institute in Potsdam.
