## About

Julia Kordick improves developer productivity at Microsoft. She builds dev workflows and platform engineering systems that bridge the gap between engineering teams and management.

Her talks focus on the everyday realities of agentic AI. She breaks down how to use GitHub Copilot to modernize legacy COBOL applications and rethink CI pipelines. Instead of hyping new tools, she emphasizes that AI cannot fix broken engineering cultures without strong developer experience.

Off screen, Julia is a gamer, an avid cyclist, and a former quarterback for a women’s American football team.
