## About

Jürgen Hartwig holds the top human resources role at Daimler Truck. As CHRO and Labor Director, he guides the workforce strategy and organizational development for the commercial vehicle manufacturer.

He challenges binary thinking in corporate leadership. Instead of forcing choices between remote and office work, or framing AI strictly as a threat or a tool, Jürgen advocates for nuance. His talks explore why the future of work depends on combinations, helping organizations move from "either/or" to "and."

Before joining the general management board, he spent three years directing human resources for Daimler in Beijing.
