Karin Krobath helps companies rethink their work environments from the inside out. As a founding partner at identifire, Austria's first employer branding agency, she focuses on turning everyday employees into genuine brand ambassadors.

She explores how technology impacts the people side of business. Her recent work examines the tension between artificial intelligence and corporate culture—even hiring an AI employee named Ada to see how everyday management shifts when algorithms enter the chat.

When she isn't analyzing workplace dynamics, Karin designs learning journeys that bring teams to Nairobi and Kigali.
