Kasper Kok builds AI tools that change how companies hire. With a PhD in linguistics, he started out working on natural language processing before moving into product management.

Now at Textkernel, he figures out how to make generative AI and knowledge graphs actually useful for recruiters. His work focuses on moving past traditional resumes to build systems that match talent based on real, measurable skills.
