# Kate Smeaton
AI Transformation Manager at LaunchSquad exploring how automation impacts the future of work.

## About

Kate Smeaton explores how artificial intelligence changes the way we work. At LaunchSquad, she manages AI transformation, figuring out how public relations adapts to a world where AI agents do more of the heavy lifting.

She spends her time helping startups launch out of stealth and turning complex tech into clear narratives. Lately, she focuses on the human impact of these tools. Her recent session on hiring explores what happens to the talent pipeline when AI takes over entry-level work.
