## About

Katrin helps teams turn complex business requirements into practical software. Working as a freelance consultant, she steps into various project roles, ranging from business analysis to quality assurance. Much of her everyday work focuses on the finance and payroll sectors, where she builds automations that simplify team processes.

She also advocates strongly for diversity in tech. She speaks about the systemic barriers women face in the industry and argues for structural solutions, like conference gender quotas, to build networks and elevate female role models.
