Kiran Panchal builds AI applications for enterprise customers at Microsoft. Relocating from India to Germany, she now helps the European automotive industry design and scale production-ready workflows.

Instead of relying on basic copilots or single prompts, her real work centers on orchestrating specialized agents that can collaborate. She regularly teaches developers how to build multi-agent systems, guiding engineering teams through complex task decomposition, memory patterns, and tool integration.

When she isn't debugging runtime telemetry or configuring agents, Kiran spends her downtime practicing martial arts, painting canvas art, and playing music.
