## About

Konstantin Aleev builds AI-powered workflows for Java and JVM developers at JetBrains. He focuses on integrating AI into IntelliJ IDEA while preserving the reliable, deterministic workflows developers depend on.

Before moving to product, Konstantin spent years as a senior software developer on IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate. He has built developer tools since 2008, working on everything from Spring Boot support to the JetBrains Services tool window. Today, his work explores agent-based workflows, focusing on how tools like GitHub Copilot can actively collaborate with developers inside their editors.
