Krunoslav Koprivnjak designs in-person experiences for remote-first teams. After stints at Oracle and Airbnb, he realized distributed teams weren't missing better software — they just missed each other. He co-founded Onsite Hub to build intentional corporate retreats across Europe.

He treats remote work as a social revolution rather than a simple workplace perk. He speaks on the theory behind modern work, breaking down why remote structures challenge organizational models built on presence and surveillance.

Krunoslav works from Central Europe, where he raises his kids and actively argues about the future of work.
