Laura Dückers shapes organizational culture at the digital agency denkwerk. Leading talent management for 250 employees, she focuses on digitizing HR workflows and building environments where teams want to stay.

She helps companies move past empty wall decals. Her speaking focuses on how interactive strategies can make core values tangible through peer exchange rather than top-down directives.

Before shifting to organizational development, Laura studied international aviation management. She was born in Mönchengladbach and previously worked in telecommunications.
