## About

Laura Salinas is a Developer Advocate at AWS focusing on cloud technologies and generative AI. Originally from Colombia, she spends her time building cloud solutions and exploring how artificial intelligence can streamline developer workflows.

She focuses on making AI coding assistants smarter over time. In her talk on building self-improving agent workflows, Laura demonstrated how to give AI durable memory so it learns project patterns instead of starting from scratch.

Based in Seattle, Laura actively mentors underrepresented groups in tech and speaks three languages.
