## About

Leandro Gomes da Silva helps HR teams build software they actually need, no engineers required. As the founder of The AI Laundry, he teaches non-technical staff to create their own AI tools using natural language.

Instead of theory, he focuses on what actually works. At a European recruitment firm, he built an AI assistant that doubled candidate response rates for a small team. He regularly runs hands-on workshops showing recruiters how to vibe code candidate trackers from scratch, while helping companies keep a realistic view on the hidden costs of AI.
