# Lilia Gargouri
Head of QA focused on scalable test automation for complex systems.

## About

Lilia Gargouri focuses on building scalable quality assurance for complex eGovernment projects. She invented a model-based, low-code test automation tool that simplifies testing in critical public sector systems. Currently, she serves as Head of QA and a board member at the German Testing Board, where she helps define industry standards.

Her work emphasizes that software quality is ultimately a communication problem. She helps engineering teams bridge the gap between business domains, technical tooling, and architecture, moving beyond basic functional tests. She also dedicates time to training career changers and advocating for equal opportunities for women in tech.
