Lior Schejter is the Director of Architecture at OCTO. He focuses on improving how engineering teams handle large-scale system design, building production-grade software that incorporates large language models to increase developer productivity.

Instead of relying on a single AI assistant, he builds systems that force models to argue. His talk on [multi-agent design debates](/videos/1952-mad-about-software-design-when-ai-architects-argue) breaks down how assigning distinct AI personas helps engineers surface assumptions and evaluate technical trade-offs. He also maintains Dialectic, an open-source tool bringing these architectural debate protocols directly into the development lifecycle.
