## About

Lucía Conde-Moreno heads the AI Research Center at Info Support, where she also works as a software engineer. Having previously worked as a .NET and Java developer, she now builds data and AI applications across healthcare, finance, and energy.

Her focus is on explainable AI and making large language models trustworthy. She explores practical methods to handle hallucinations, break open the black box of AI, and integrate explainability into RAG systems and LLM workflows.

When she is off the clock, she regularly switches between new hobbies, ranging from filmmaking to DJing.
