## About

Ludmila Tomperi connects engineers with product teams as a Global TA Partner at Aiven. In her eight years of tech recruitment, she has focused on improving the candidate journey and building genuine relationships rather than just filling roles.

Before Aiven, she helped grow Zalando’s tech hub in Helsinki. Her work often involves open-source strategy and talent development. She speaks on how organizations can build successful Open Source Program Offices and how developers can establish their presence in the broader open-source ecosystem.
