He previously scaled engineering and product teams at Microsoft, Reddit, Rappi, and Loft. He focuses on how artificial intelligence changes software development. His talks explore why human judgment matters more than ever and how craftsmanship remains a competitive edge even as auto-generated code becomes the norm. A lifelong builder, Luis started programming at age eight.
