Magdalena Szumna helps technical teams fix broken communication frameworks. Running INDIGO Diversity Consulting, she guides engineering groups through complex collaboration challenges. Her client roster includes Microsoft, ASML, and McKinsey.

Rather than blaming individuals for missed warnings, she treats team dynamics as a structural architecture problem.
