He focuses on the human element of talent acquisition. His talks explore why trust remains the one thing AI cannot automate, alongside candid realities of failing—and learning—to manage stakeholder relationships.

When he isn't recruiting, Mahmoud runs the Egypt Recruiting Community, the country's largest network for people and culture professionals.
