Manjari Akella builds developer tools at Uber. Since joining the Developer Platform team in 2018, she has focused on making engineering workflows faster and more reliable. Her work tackles the complexities of massive codebases, from establishing a Go monorepo to optimizing artifact management.

She spends a lot of time thinking about code integration at scale. When thousands of engineers commit to a shared repository, builds break and productivity stalls. Manjari solves this by designing intelligent merge queues, keeping the mainline green without slowing down engineering momentum.
