As VP of HR at Miro, she scales global talent teams and shapes how organizations approach high performance. Her work explores the upcoming shift toward agentic AI. She teaches leaders how to adapt their management styles to support blended teams of humans and autonomous systems, emphasizing empathy, ethical discernment, and coaching.
