## About

Manu Gurudatha runs engineering for Incident Management, AIOps, and Status Pages at PagerDuty. Before steering high-stakes reliability for thousands of companies, he built teams at early-stage startups and led the Health Cloud unit at Salesforce.

Today, he focuses on the hard unit economics of AI-native development. Instead of using artificial intelligence just to generate code faster, Manu looks at how engineering organizations can avoid efficiency bottlenecks and measure actual return on investment across the software lifecycle. 

He lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.
