## About

Marcin Wawryszczuk builds generative AI strategies for enterprises. As the Head of AI at Andersen, he helps financial institutions and tech startups integrate new capabilities, drawing on his background in project management and solution architecture.

He also holds a PhD, teaches as an assistant professor in AI research, and advises national AI bodies. His recent talks focus on the shift toward AI-native software delivery, exploring how specialized agents can handle development workflows while leaving critical decisions to human judgment.
