Marie Stålkrantz consults on product and game development. She focuses on finding out exactly what teams should build—and shaping the organizations needed to build it right. Over her career, she has stepped into roles ranging from product manager to producer and organizational coach.

Instead of always minimizing user friction, she asks what happens when we intentionally introduce it. Her work explores how game design principles—like meaningful challenges and reward loops—can help motivate users and redefine a team's product strategy.
