# Marina Stefan
Data scientist building conversational AI and predictive models

## About

Marina Stefan builds conversational AI solutions as a data scientist at Conectys. She designs intelligent conversation flows and VoiceBot systems that handle automated customer interactions.

Alongside her industry work, Marina teaches Python at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies while pursuing a PhD. She is currently co-authoring a book on predictive analytics applied to the energy sector, training models from Random Forests to Transformers.

Her recent talks focus on integrating conversational AI with Microsoft data agents, looking at how low-latency voice synthesis and agentic processing can directly query enterprise datasets to resolve customer requests.
