Marine Houmeau creates pathways for tech talent in Sub-Saharan Africa as the Country Director for Kenya at getINNOtized GmbH. Before this, she worked on education and employment programs with AWS, McKinsey Social Initiative, and DG ECHO.

She focuses on solving tech recruitment challenges by connecting European companies with remote African talent. Her work tackles hiring biases, scales sourcing in untapped regions, and promotes women in technical leadership.
