## About

Marius Obert is a Developer Evangelist at Twilio, where he helps engineers build scalable, cloud-native applications. After nearly a decade focused on enterprise frontend development and the JavaScript ecosystem, he even wrote a book on the subject.

Today, his work ranges from hands-on prototypes to breaking down massive infrastructure challenges. He frequently details how teams can untangle technical debt, recently mapping out how Twilio upgraded its API gateway to handle 20 billion weekly requests without customer disruption.

Originally from Germany's Black Forest, Marius started his software career in Silicon Valley before settling in Munich.
