## About

Markus Rautert builds the digital systems that run adidas. As CTO, he oversees everything from platform engineering and enterprise architecture to cybersecurity and data.

Over nearly two decades at the company, he has scaled the platforms that support its global supply chain. His current work centers on making data actionable, a theme he explores in his talks on AI in an agentic world.

When he steps away from work, he is a lifelong gamer.
